Returns and Exchanges 

All items are guaranteed for a full 12 months, if an item becomes faulty then a replacement shall be offered within the guarantee period.  The faulty controller must be returned in order for an exchange to be made, this is also so that we can ascertain that the fault is with the remote and not the receiver / item that the remote is intended for.

If an item is found to be faulty due to user error, for example liquid damage or other physical damage, then a replacement cannot be offered

You must contact us before sending an item back to obtain a returns authorisation.  The customer is responsible for the return postage costs in all cases.


If for any reason you decide within 15 days of purchasing your remote you decide you wish to return it for a full refund for the cost of the remote (£20) then you can do this but first it is important to contact us for a returns authorisation (This is simply so that there are no issues identifying the person returning the item).  The customer is responsible for the return postage when sending the item back to us.  We use a Premium 24 Shipping service when sending the controller within the UK or internationally tracked outside the UK, this charge cannot be refunded.

After the 15 day period has ended a refund can then only be offered if a replacement cannot be provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Reasons for a refusal of a refund includes the item not arriving back to us or an item being returned with signs of user damage.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This is usually done within a couple of days of its arrival with us.

Shipping outside the UK

Please note that since Brexit, customs charges may be incurred by the customers Customs services.  We have no control over this and it is the customers responsibility for these charges.  We are not VAT registered (we are below the Threshold) and all prices on our site reflect this and you are not paying VAT when making your purchase.

If an item is returned to us due to Customs charges not being paid then only the charge for the remote will be refunded, the shipping charges cannot be refunded.  If the item is to be re-sent then the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
