Who Are We

RemoteShop.co.uk is part of the RemoteFixer system, RemoteFixer is an online remote control repair service set up in the early 2000’s by owner Martin Smith

What Information Do We Collect

When placing an order with us at RemoteShop.co.uk or by phone we collect and store your Delivery address, contact details such as email / phone number.  This data is only stored for the purposes of fulfilling your order.  The delivery address will be shared with the relevant courier company for the purposes of delivery of your order.

On completion of your order we may send out a survey or use a review system for the purposes of obtaining feedback about our service.  This may include such companies as TrustPilot, Google Reviews etc.

Contact Forms Submission

When a visitor submits a query via our contact form this information is used only by staff at RemoteShop.co.uk for the purposes of answering any questions.  No information is passed on to any third party.

Comments

When a visitor submits a comments on a product page the information will be displayed after is has been authorised by a member of staff at RemoteShop.co.uk
